Refund Policy

100% CUSTOMER SATISFACTION

At Ape-X, we value our customers and their shopping experience tremendously. That is why we came up with our 100% customer satisfaction policy!

If you are not satisfied with the product upon receiving it and trying it on for the first time, we will:

  1. Exchange the product, or
  2. Refund 100% of your money

Yes, you heard that correctly! Our goal is to provide the utmost customer satisfaction, and thus we are doing our part in ensuring that our products are kept to our highest standards.

Returns

  • Products must be returned within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • Products must be unworn and unwashed with the original packaging.
  • We only offer refunds onto the original payment method used to make the order.
  • Exchanges are not apart of our return policy.
  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs as they are non-refundable

 Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you a confirmation email regarding approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed and will be automatically applied to the original method of payment. 

Late or Missing Refunds

  • Please keep checking your bank account or credit card to determine if the refund has been applied.
  • Contact your bank or credit card company as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  • If you have done all this and you still have not yet received your refund, please contact us at customersupport@apexapparel.ca 

Sale Items

  • Regular priced items may be refunded.
  • Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

  • We will replace or exchange items if they are defective or damaged.
  • The replacement will only be exchanged for the same item.
