How much does shipping cost?
- LOCAL PICKUP -> Within Victoria, B.C. On All Orders.
- FREE SHIPPING -> Within Canada On Orders Above $125.
- FREE SHIPPING -> Within North America On Orders Above $125.
- FREE SHIPPING -> Outside North America On Orders Above $125.
Shipping prices are as follow – depending on exact location and time frame (in CAD):
- Within Canada = $9.99-$22.99
- USA = $9.99-$19.99
- International = $15.99-$34.99
How long does it take for me to receive my order?
Please allow 1-2 days for us to process your order. After being processed, all orders will be shipped out.
Canadian orders – 3-6 business days
United States orders – 5-8 business days
International – 15-20 business days
NOTE: If you choose No Tracking at check out, we are not responsible for lost packages. We will not provide a refund if the package is lost or not delivered. Please remember the risk of losing your package prior to selecting the non-tracking shipping option.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number that can be used to track your order from the selected carrier.
My package is lost, what should I do?
